FAIRFIELD, NJ—Woodmont Industrial Partners has named Ben Rosen director of acquisitions. In this new role, Rosen will spearhead the expansion of Woodmont Industrial Partners' portfolio of industrial properties and land sites across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and beyond.

Previously, Rosen was an asset manager at New York City-based KTR Capital Partners, where he was in charge of the firm's 10-million-square-foot tristate portfolio. During this time, Rosen facilitated several large lease transactions, including a 1.1 million square foot lease with Amazon.com in Carteret, NJ.

"We were immediately impressed with Ben's breadth of experience, and we're confident that he will be a key contributor to the continued growth of Woodmont Industrial Partners," says Eric Witmondt, Woodmont's chief executive officer. "As the industrial market is red hot, we are actively seeking new properties across New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania."

Before becoming asset manager at KTR, Rosen spent several years as an associate on the firm's investments team, where he sourced, evaluated, and executed real estate investments in the Midwest and Pacific Northwest regions. While in this position, Rosen managed the acquisition of more than $1 billion of industrial real estate in 25 separate transactions.

"Woodmont Industrial Partners has built an excellent reputation and I'm thrilled to join the firm," says Rosen. "I look forward to delivering immediate value and expanding the company's industrial platform."

Rosen holds a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with concentrations in real estate and finance. He will report directly to Witmondt.
