The reimagined office property was formerly a prop house. HQ Creative creative office small-box creative office Robert Herscu The exterior of the 35,000-square-foot property. Herscu designed the space to mimic a private residence. Residential architecture firm Shubin + Donaldson designed the interior. There are ample indoor-outdoor work spaces. The design team pealed back the ceiling tiles to reveal the beautiful bow truss underneath.
