L ONDON—Tishman Speyer has reached an agreement to acquire the three-building Economist Plaza in London's St. James neighborhood from The Economist Group. Terms of the deal were not disclosed; however, published reports in the UK say the purchase price is published to have been around £130 million, or approximately US$187 million.
