MIAMI—Cushman & Wakefield continues its growth streak. After hiring a number of professionals away from other firms, CushWake just opened a Fort Lauderdale office in the SunTrust Center at 515 East Las Olas Boulevard.

“Establishing a strong foothold in Fort Lauderdale is vital for Cushman & Wakefield's success in South Florida,” Larry Richey, Cushman & Wakefield senior managing director and Florida market leader. “Having an office in the Fort Lauderdale CBD allows us to better serve our clients in Broward County and maintain our position as a market leader in the region.”

The new location on the third floor of the class A CBD building is Cushman & Wakefield's fourth office in the region. The firm also has offices in Miami, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach.

The office will be home to brokerage professionals and support staff, including two teams that recently joined Cushman & Wakefield, the agency leasing team of executive director Deanna Lobinsky, executive director Travis Herring, director Katherine Ridgway, and associate Chase Kulp, along with the tenant representation team of executive director Jeff Holding and director A.J. Belt.

With this addiction, CushWake now has 10 offices in the state of Florida. Beyond its South Florida presence, the firm has locations in Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Fort Myers, Stuart and Ocala.
