An 18-year industry veteran, Cassidy has experience in both investment sales and leasing.
Ryan brings over 16 years of experience to NGKF Capital Markets and at Cushman & Wakefield he specialized in capital markets and investment sales.
Meanwhile Transwestern has expanded its Tenant Advisory Services team in Tysons, VA, with the hire of Alex Hancock as senior vice president. Hancock specializes in advising aerospace, defense and technology firms on real estate strategies.
Hancock worked at Cushman & Wakefield and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
