PHILADELPHIA—MakeOffices, a leading coworking platform, named Danika Ervin as city lead for Philadelphia. She joins the firm from the local office of Cushman & Wakefield, where she provided office brokerage services.
Ervin will be responsible for creating partnerships between the business and technology communities and the multiple MakeOffices coworking centers in Philadelphia, as well as for new business development. Ervin will also mentor and coach MakeOffices community management teams to ensure the operational needs of clients are being met.
