HCP to Spin Off SNF Portfolio

IRVINE, CA—The spun-off company is expected to have a portfolio of more than 320 properties, led by facilities operated by HCR ManorCare.

The spin-off of HCR ManorCare will be led by properties the division currently operates, such as this SNF in Cedar Rapids, IA.
