It was the ongoing interest for space and limited availability in the TransDulles submarket that convinced Duke Realty to build the property on spec, according to Battista Orcino, the locally-based VP of Leasing and Development for the REIT.
TransDulles Centre 46213 is located at 46213 TransDulles Plaza. Features of the new facility include 28ʼ clear height, 40ʼ x 40ʼ column spacing and a truck court and automobile parking.
