GlobeSt.com: What else should our readers know about 41West? Tangsoc: - Toe-kick lights in the bathroom. Older individuals get in the habit of leaving the bathroom light on at night, or traveling with a nightlight, because they are concerned about having to get up in the middle of the night and tripping or falling in the dark. With that safety concern in mind, I added toe-kick lights to the bathroom vanities, so that no resident would ever have to choose between a nightlight and a full-scale bathroom light. Toe-kick lighting is just the right amount of illumination needed to keep our residents safe, without keeping them awake and awash in light.
- Cabinetry that matches our appliances. Once we choose Miele appliances, we worked with our designers to identify the cabinetry that would best compliment them and landed on some of the finest in the industry: Cucina Harmony, from Italy.
- NanaWall folding glass door systems. This is one of my favorite features, because it illustrates our commitment to giving our residents the very best technology available on the market. Most developers won't even consider spending the amount we did in installing NanaWalls, but I believe they are essential to creating the seamless indoor-outdoor environment that epitomizes everything we love about living in San Diego.
- Big City amenities. From EV charging stations to 24/7 concierge service, and top-of-the-line fitness equipment to dog-grooming stations, 41West offers every amenity and convenience you'd expect to find in a big-city development.
