The broker has announced it has moved from 400 E Pratt St. to One East Pratt St. A spokesperson for NGKF declined to tell GlobeSt.com what its new square footage is, compared to its previous office.
What the broker did say, per a prepared statement by NGKF's chairman of assets services for the Washington DC region Brendan Owen was that the new office has an open and collaborative environment. The move, he added, aligns with the company's growth plans including the hiring of a new tenant rep team.
Yes that's right -- NGKF has recruited another team, in this case tenant rep specialists from JLL. The new hires are: executive managing director Michael Singer, managing director Clare Berrang and associate director Matt Lunnen.
