VIRGINIA BEACH, VA-Wheeler REIT may issue up to $50 million in Series B convertible preferred stock through an equity distribution agreement it has signed with JonesTrading Institutional Services. The sales may be made at-the-market, which may include a discount to the then-current market price of our Series B Stock.
