Colony Capital Sells New Littleton Distribution Facility
LITTLETON, MA—Los Angeles-based Colony Capital sold the Potpourri | Littleton distribution facility for $39.75 million, according to Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Capital Markets, which represented the seller in the deal.
