One World Trade Center

NEW YORK CITY—The Durst Organization and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey have signed a 13,715-square-foot lease with Infosys for part of the 79th floor of One World Trade Center. The 104-story property, which has three million square feet of space, is 70% leased.

The Durst Organization was represented in-house on the 11-year transaction by Eric Engelhardt, VP of leasing at One World Trade Center for Durst and Karen Kuznick, along with a Cushman & Wakefield team led by Tara Stacom that included Justin Royce, Barry Zeller, Connor Daugstrup, and Peter Trivelas. Infosys was represented by Joseph Mangiacotti and Alex Cantor of CBRE, as well as Jeff Lerch and Andrew Cunningham of Foundation Real Estate Advisors.

Under its pre-built leasing program, the William Kaufman Organization's energy company Novatus Energy—a portfolio company of the Infrastructure Investment Fund—has signed a five-year leasing transaction at 767 Third Ave. in Midtown East. The lease encompasses 3,353 square feet of pre-built space on a portion of the 17th floor at the 40-story, 296,000 square-foot building, which is located between East 47th and East 48th Street.

John Fitzsimons of Cushman & Wakefield represented Novatus Energy in the transaction, while Michael Lenchner, VP and director of leasing at Sage Realty Corp.—the leasing and management division of WKO—represented ownership in-house. Asking rents at the property range from $66 to $81 per rentable square foot.

Eastern Consolidated's retail leasing division has arranged a 10-year, 750-square-foot corner lease for HealthSource Pharmacy and Health Food Store at the base of the Westmont, a 163-unit luxury rental at 750 Columbus Ave. The site will be HealthSource's fourth location in Manhattan and its first on the Upper West Side. Eastern Consolidated senior director Brad Cohen and associate directors Jon Kamali and Benjamin Sandel negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord.  Aaron Fishbein of Winick Realty Group represented HealthSource.
