DALLAS—The 10th development in the master-planned district of HARWOOD located at 2850 N. Harwood St. is now underway. Real estate developer Harwood International recently celebrated the groundbreaking of its newest project, HARWOOD No. 10, Uptown's newest luxury office tower, which is scheduled to open in fall of 2018.
Designed by Dallas-based HDF, the class-A office tower features 22 floors totaling 226,778 rentable square feet. The ground level of the building will feature more than 9,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space with adjacent gardens and outdoor seating. These gardens are continued on the 10th level with 17,214 square feet of green roof terraces. The building is topped off with 10,485 square feet of boutique office penthouse space and two private green roof gardens, providing 360 views of downtown, Uptown and the HARWOOD District.
“To date, the 18-city block district of HARWOOD consists of 3.5 million square feet and is 97% leased. Harwood International has seven total developments with three developments currently under construction in its district of HARWOOD,” Gabriel Barbier-Mueller, founder and CEO of Harwood International, tells GlobeSt.com. “The ground level of HARWOOD No. 10 will feature 13,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space with gardens and patios, and consist of HARWOOD hospitality group concepts as well as other concepts.”
