NEW YORK CITY—CBRE Group has represented Loeb Enterprises in a 30,986-square-foot office renewal and expansion at 712 Fifth Ave. The brokerage firm's Anthony Dattoma and John Maher represented the tenant in the ten-year deal. The landlord in the transaction was Paramount Group, represented by Doug Neye and Pete Brindley.
