PARSIPPANY, NJ—Hollister Construction Services named architect Keith H. Lesser, AIA, LEED AP its vice president of pre-development and design, and added Michael A. Ochs, Esq., as general counsel.

In his new role, Lesser will collaborate closely with the company's pre-construction and delivery teams on various pre-development and design/build assignments.
Lesser is a licensed architect with more than 30 years of practical, diversified experience in both design and building technologies. He specializes in higher education, research laboratories, healthcare, retail facilities, multi-family residential, building renovation and restoration, and urban design. He joins Hollister from S & L Architecture Studio, where he served as a partner for more than 20 years. He has designed many projects that have received Merit Awards, including Wesley J. Howe Center for Technology Management, Bloomfield College Residence Hall, Phoenixville Medical Center Office Building, Wesley J. Howe Student Center at Stevens Institute of Technology, Oracle Implementation Center and the BME/CVMG Lab at Rutgers University, among others.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology from the University of Wisconsin and a Bachelor of Architecture from the Pratt Institute. He also attended Harvard University Graduate School of Design, and received a certificate in Research Laboratory Design and Technology.
Ochs will advise and represent Hollister to ensure compliance with all legal requirements. He will support Hollister's strategic business plan and will collaborate in corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives. Before joining Hollister, he was Of Counsel at Bertone Piccini for two years, and then spent three years as a partner. He was part of the strategic management team of the firm's multi-state transactional real estate practice group.
Before that, he spent seven years at Burke & Associates as a real estate associate, handling client matters in the areas of residential condominium development, commercial real estate transactions, litigation management, project finance, land use and zoning.
He holds a JD degree from Villanova University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts Cum Laude in Political Science from Lehigh University.
