SAN ANTONIO, TX—Recent leasing activity represents the strength of the market and tenant confidence in its continued growth trajectory. A representative sampling of transactions indicate 11 new tenants and one five-year extension. All were inked at S.A. West Loop II located at 5407 Bandera Rd., except one at the Tower at Boerne, according to The Richland Companies. West Loop II is a 170,453-square-foot retail center that is owned and managed by The Richland Companies.

New Lease: Mattern and Fitzgerald Custom Home Builders signed a 2,286-square-foot lease at Tower at Boerne located at 1595 South Main St. Home Team of America represented the tenant and Bobby Anderson of Real Estate Resources represented the landlord, The Richland Companies.

Lease Renewal: Airsoft Revolution 15 signed a five-year 9,419-square-foot lease renewal. Anderson represented the tenant and Meyer-Nelson represented the landlord, The Richland Companies S.A.

New Lease: Patrick Harvey signed a six-year 4,059-square-foot lease. Copernicus Realty represented the tenant and Anderson represented the landlord, The Richland Companies.

New Lease: IPN International Promotions signed a two-year 3,296-square-foot lease. Anderson represented the tenant and Meyer-Nelson represented the landlord, The Richland Companies.
