98 Pleasant Avenue, Upper Saddle River, NJ

UPPER SADDLE RIVER, NJ—Health and Wellness Partners, a global medical communications company, has acquired 98 Pleasant Avenue in Upper Saddle River, NJ from Rodico, a provider of wholesale packaging machinery.

NAI Hanson's team of Kenneth Lundberg, SIOR, Ronald Fotiu and Patrick Lennon represented Rodico. Health and Wellness Partners was represented by Christopher Olsen of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. The firm is relocating its corporate headquarters from Ramsey, NJ.

The 14,730-square-foot, one-story property occupies 2.31 acres and was originally built-to-suit for the Young Women's Christian Association by Rodico.

“We are continuing to see companies invest in owning the buildings they work out of and we are finding continued success in relocating growing firms in order to allow them to occupy the types of assets that will allow them to grow,” says Lundberg. “The size and location of our client's property was perfect for Health and Wellness Partners and the unique atmosphere of the building as well as the ample available parking were big selling points as well. The buyer had been searching for a new home for over two-years and we are happy to have been able to work out a deal that truly benefits both sides as well as brings a great company to a great building.”

The property is directly off Route 17 and located between The Garden State Parkway, I-287 and Routes 202 and 208.
