NEW YORK CITY—Veteran commercial leasing executive Corey Horowitz has joined Lee & Associates' office here as executive managing director/principal.
Horowitz, who previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, has completed transactions in excess of one million square feet in Manhattan and Long Island City. He also served on the exclusive leasing agency teams for such properties as 515 Madison Ave., 450 W. 14th St., Offices at the Square and the Zipper building in New York City.
