HOUSTON—Parkway Inc. has hired four office leasing professionals to lead leasing efforts for its portfolio of five class-A office assets. Those properties are Greenway Plaza, Phoenix Tower, CityWestPlace, Post Oak Central and San Felipe Plaza.
“The properties are located in the amenity-rich submarkets of Galleria, Greenway and Westchase, which include numerous high-end retail stores, best-in-class restaurants, and various entertainment options,” Thomas Blalock, vice president, finance and capital markets for Parkway, tells GlobeSt.com. “The class-A portfolio provides leasing options at various pricing points with unmatched amenities and services on location.”
The leasing team is led by Eric Siegrist, along with team members J.P. Hutcheson and Amanda Nebel who were previously employed by another large US commercial real estate firm. Rachel Williams, who was a leasing professional for Parkway Properties Inc., is also a member of the team.
“Our leasing team has been challenged to be innovative in a way that translates to a more meaningful experience for our customers. We carefully built our team with an expectation of high performance and adherence to our core values that are impactful to our customers and our stakeholders,” says Jayson Lipsey, Parkway's executive vice president and chief operating officer.
The team will be based at Parkway's headquarters at San Felipe Plaza.
“Our customers demand exceptional work environments and that includes an exceptional leasing process, so we formed our leasing team with professionals who embrace innovation and embody trustworthiness,” Mike Fransen, Parkway's senior vice president and managing director says. “We are thrilled to introduce these professionals to the marketplace as an integral part of the Parkway brand and experience.”
