PENNSAUKEN, NJ—Edison Lithograph and Printing, a printing company specializing in wide format and high volume printing, has acquired a 114,000 square-foot industrial building at 1700 Suckle Highway in Pennsauken, NJ. The sale price was $4.223 million.

Edison is expanding from its Northern New Jersey location. The firm received Grow NJ incentives to relocate to Pennsauken. The building's previous owner, Hill-Rom, a medical technology company, relocated to a renovated facility in nearby Moorestown, NJ owned by Mack-Cali.

The Pennsauken property is a single-story, fully air-conditioned, industrial/office building situated on 7.69 acres. The building features an 18' clear ceiling height, tailgate and drive-in loading, abundant parking, heavy power, and highway frontage on Route 130.

Marc Isdaner of Colliers International represented Hill-Rom in the relocation and sale of its facility. Edison Litho was represented by Scott Mertz of NAI Mertz Corp.
