BETHESDA, MD–ROSS Management Services has taken on management of six apartment communities in suburban Washington DC, southern Virginia and New Jersey, specifically Hoboken. This is the first time it entered the New Jersey market. The properties are both affordable and market-rate.

REISTERSTOWN, MD–Chartley Park- Landmark Shopping Center, a 144,000-square-foot retail center, has sold for $19.9 million. Greysteel's Gil Neuman represented the seller, an LLP, and procured the buyer, MD Equities LLC. The multi-building property is 94% occupied by 41 tenants including Brick Bodies, M&T Bank, Family Dollar, Boost Mobile, Citgo, ATI Physical Therapy, and Metro PCS.
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA– Berkadia arranged a $34.16 million refi loan for Stone Creek Village Apartments. Steve Murden secured a HUD loan to refinance existing debt on the property. The 35-year loan has a 3.25% interest rate.
LARGO, MD–Frontier Development & Hospitality Group has secured a $14 million refi loan for DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Largo/Washington D.C., a 184-room hotel in Largo, MD via HFF. It is a seven-year, 4.1-%, fixed-rate, non-recourse loan, which was used to refinance an existing construction loan.
HANOVER COUNTY, VA–Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer arranged the sale of an outparcel located at Rutland Commons, Route 301 and Rutlandshire Drive. Sunrise Liberty LP purchased the 2.41-acre site from HHHunt Development for $1.3 million and plans to develop a retail center.
