HOUSTON—Andrew J. Kopy has joined Ware Malcomb as regional manager of the Houston office. In this role, Kopy will be responsible for the overall growth and management of the office. Ware Malcomb provides planning, architectural design, interior design, branding and civil engineering services for commercial real estate and corporate clients.
FORT WORTH—Trademark Property Co., the Fort Worth-based retail and mixed-use development, investment and institutional services firm, welcomes Gavin Walsh as senior leasing representative. With 12 years of experience in retail leasing and development, Walsh will support leasing efforts for three of Trademark's mixed-use properties: Waterside in Fort Worth, Watters Creek in Allen, and Hillside Village in Cedar Hill.

DENVER—Seattle-based commercial real estate firm Urban Renaissance Group purchased the 100 Speer Building for $23 million. Totaling 100,000 square feet of office and broadcast studio space near downtown Denver, the purchase represents URG's third local investment as the company continues its expansion in the Denver market. (The site is fully occupied by Tribune Media Company, which will remain through its long-term lease.)
DALLAS—Savills Studley executive managing director and Dallas co-branch manager Frank McCafferty represented National Cable Communications LLC in a 14,673-square-foot lease renewal at 13344 Noel Rd. Shannon Brown of CBRE represented the landlord.
