AUSTIN, TX—JLL has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignments for more than 2.3 million square feet of office space at several properties across Austin. With these new assignments, JLL has doubled the square footage of landlord representation in the CBD and now represents more than 2 million of the CBD's 9 million total square feet of office space. This gives JLL the largest share of office space within the submarket among Austin's commercial real estate firms.
HOUSTON—Camden Property Trust has been recognized as one of Fortune's 50 Best Workplaces in Texas, ranking number four.
HOUSTON—Great Place to Work and Fortune magazine have named Transwestern number 13 on the Best Workplaces in Texas list. Earlier this year, the same parties named Transwestern one of the 100 Best Workplaces for Women for the second consecutive year.

THORNTON, CO—BMC Investments and Oak Coast Properties announced the $40.5 million acquisition of Timber Lodge Apartments. Located just nine miles north of downtown Denver, Timber Lodge represents one of few communities in the submarket offering entry-level rents.
HOUSTON—NAI Partners represented Universal Import Group Inc. in the lease renewal of a 16,240-square-foot industrial warehouse as well as office facility located at 1291 North Post Oak. Universal Import Group Inc. is a resource of marble and granite products for monument industries. John Ferruzzo of NAI Partners represented the tenant, Universal Import Group Inc. during the lease negotiations, while Christie Weiss of Liberty Property Trust represented the landlord, Liberty Property Trust.
HOUSTON—NAI Partners represented the landlord, NPO 1495 LP, in the lease renewal of Post Oak Motor Cars Ltd for 2,000 square feet. Shaffer Braun of NAI Partners represented the landlord, NPO 1495 LP in the leasing negotiations.
AUSTIN, TX—Datacom Design Group leased 3,603 square feet at Chase Northcross, located at 7600 Burnet. The landlord was represented by Jason Steinberg and Rebecca Zigterman with ECR and the tenant was represented by Casey Casper and Adam Green with Stream Realty.
AUSTIN, TX—BeardBrand leased 1,690 square feet of creative office space at Hannig Row, located at 200 E 6th St. The landlord was represented by Jason Steinberg and Matt Levin with ECR.

AUSTIN, TX—The Microtel Inn & Suites Austin Airport, a 71-room hospitality property located at 7705 Metro Center Dr. has sold. Allan Miller and Chris Gomes, principals of the Miller-Gomes Team and top performers in Marcus & Millichap national hospitality group, procured the buyer and closed the transaction.
AUSTIN, TX—The Michael R. Levy Family Office and The Meyer Levy Charitable Foundation have renewed a lease for 1,550 square feet at Bank of America Center. AQUILA Commercial represented the tenant and Stream Realty represented the tenant in the transaction.

DENVER—Sierra Pacific Industries has purchased the new 52,566-square-foot industrial facility at Crossroads Commerce Park located at the northwest corner of 52nd Avenue and Washington Street in unincorporated Adams County. Construction started last summer and was completed this week, according to Trammell Crow Company.
