DENVER—Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP has closed the $38 million sale of and arranged $31.44 million in acquisition financing for Rockledge Bear Valley, a 230-unit garden-style multifamily community.

DENVER—Patients throughout Cherry Creek and metro Denver will soon have access to additional healthcare options close to home, at UCHealth's new health center at the intersection of First Avenue and Cook Street. Providers at the new building will offer primary and advanced care, including cancer care, women's care, additional specialties, state-of-the-art imaging and an outpatient surgery center.

GRAND PRAIRIE, TX—Venture Commercial Real Estate's investment sales team has completed two separate transactions involving the sale of single-tenant net-leased Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers restaurants. John Zikos, Jonathan Cooper, Christopher M. Gibbons and Don Miller of Venture's Investment Sales team represented the seller in both transactions.

HOUSTON—CIMA Energy LTD, a multi-billion dollar oil and gas services company, has renewed its headquarters lease of approximately 20,000 square feet at 100 Waugh Dr. CIMA Energy has more than 60 employees in six regional offices and partners with industry leaders to offer clients a full suite of integrated services. The energy company has plans to upgrade the office. CBRE's Matt Trozzo, Connor Tamlyn and Kevin Saxe represented CIMA in lease negotiations with Transwestern's David Lee, who represented the landlord.

HOUSTON—Stream Realty Partners has leased 28,808 square feet of office space to RigNet, a leading global provider of digital technology solutions, at Park Ten Plaza in Houston's Energy Corridor. This transaction brings the 155,140-square-foot class-A office building to 83% leased.

STAFFORD, TX—Hunt Mortgage Group provided a first mortgage bridge loan in the amount of $5 million to refinance Park Place Business Park, an office property.  The loan is structured as a 24‐month floating rate loan with three one-year options to extend the loan term.
