NEW YORK CITY—Capital One has hired Evan Williams as SVP, originations. He joins the firm from Prudential Mortgage Capital Co., where he spent seven years, originating multifamily financing through the agency loan programs. He was previously a VP at Hunt Mortgage Group, formerly Centerline Capital Group.
At Capital One, Williams will focus on affordable housing properties, originating Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac Targeted Affordable Housing, and FHA loans nationally. He is based in Capital One's office here and will report to Capital One multifamily finance EVP Jeff Lee.
