OKLAHOMA CITY—Younger Partners principal Sean Dalton was recently elected to the board of directors for Oklahoma City-based Valliance Bank.
FORT WORTH—Trademark Property Co. has promoted Angela Hall to general manager and marketing director at Waterside and WestBend, its two newest Fort Worth properties. In her new role as general manager, Hall will be responsible for the fiscal and physical management of the properties, as well as relations with tenants, vendors and neighborhood stakeholders. As marketing director, she will continue to lead the shopping centers' consumer marketing efforts, events, public relations plans and digital communications.

AUSTIN, TX—eBay has renewed the lease on its 214,000 square foot office at 7700 Parmer, a high technology office park in Northwest Austin.
COLUMBUS, TX—CBRE has arranged the sale of 573 acres of Colorado River frontage approximately 70 miles outside of Houston. The family-owned estate, known as Cook Ranch, is comprised of three separate tracts totaling more than 2,000 acres. Subsequent to this subdivided sale, more than 1,400 acres remain available. CBRE's Darin Gosda represented the Cook family. Cook Ranch is an operating cattle ranch, which appeals to both ranchers and sportsmen. Besides ranch facilities supporting the working cattle operation, this subdivided sale also included a ranch main house and separate ranch foreman's house.
LA PORTE, TX—Spencer Highway Shopping Center, a 18,862-square-foot retail property, recently sold. Evan Altemus, associate, and Gus Lagos, vice president investments, in Marcus & Millichap's Houston office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer was secured by Evan Altemus and Gus Lagos.
SOUTH PADRE ISLAND, TX—CBRE Hotels arranged the sale of Super 8 South Padre Island, a 66-room, limited-service and economy hotel. Raju Ramachandran purchased the asset for investment purposes from Michael Klement for an undisclosed price. Rahul Bijlani, Michael Yu, Andrew Frosch and James Foxx represented the seller and the buyer.
DALLAS—A full-service, family-owned and operated dry cleaning and laundry business has signed a lease at Sylvan | Thirty. Expected to open in April 2017, Arnold Brothers will begin serving the community from the 700-square foot space next to Betty Ringer Ice Cream.
PEARLAND, TX—NAI Partners represented Urban Air of Pearland LLC in leasing 59,908 square feet of industrial/retail flex space for its Trampoline and Adventure Park located at 3207 S. Sam Houston Parkway East. Jason Gaines of NAI Partners represented the tenant, Urban Air of Pearland LLC in the lease negotiations, while Robert Alinger with Boyd Commercial represented the landlord, Southpoint Phase I LLC–Southpoint Business Center.
