Transwestern Nabs Team from HBW Group

WASHINGTON, DC–Transwestern has recruited four brokers from the HBW Group for its tenant and landlord advisory services. They are

• Ethan Bernardi, who joins Transwestern as SVP.

• Joe McCormick, who joins as VP.

• Nathan Bortnick, who will also be a VP at Transwestern.

• Ryan Gowling, who joins as an associate.
