ARLINGTON, TX—The Colaneri Firm inked a new 5,178-square-foot lease at 524 E Lamar Office Centre. The tenant was represented by Jim Montgomery at Swearingen Realty Group LLC. The landlord was represented by Sean Dalton and Kathy Permenter at Younger Partners.

AUSTIN, TX—NAI Partners represented SEC Planning in leasing 4,000 square feet of office space located at 4201 West Parmer Lane. David Dawkins of NAI Partners represented the tenant, SEC Planning LLC, in the lease negotiations, while Jeff Henley represented the landlord, Ogle Properties.

AUSTIN, TX—The Austin office of global architecture and design firm Perkins+Will relocated last month to the new Pioneer Bank Building at 623 West 38th St. from the firm's former location at Great Hills Plaza.

CYPRESS, TX—Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Lone Star Market, a 8,007-square-foot retail property. Tenants for the property include Starbucks, Chipotle and Verizon. James H. Bell, first vice president investments, Marcus & Millichap's Houston office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a developer. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Nate Newman, senior associate, and Logan Kelly, associate, in Marcus & Millichap's The Woodlands office. Lone Star Market is located at 9202 Barker Cypress.

FORT WORTH—The 4,200-square-foot store Yours Truly will open this fall at 400 Houston St. in Sundance Square, bringing an array of recognizable brands not currently found in downtown Fort Worth.

HOUSTON—NAI Partners represented RE:3D in leasing 7,074 square feet of industrial space located at 1100 Hercules. e:3D Inc. is breaking through the current limitations of 3D printing to unlock new applications and growth markets worldwide. Gigabot, re:3D's flagship technology, enables industrial strength, large format 3D printing at an affordable price point. Chris Haro of NAI Partners represented the tenant, RE:3D, in the negotiations while John Braun of Bayou Properties Realty represented the landlord, Aerotech Business Sources LLC.

HOUSTON—CenterPoint Properties announces that The Dupuy Group has signed a 10-year, 212,961-square-foot lease located at 3240 South Loop. The company also signed a 10-year renewal at its two neighboring facilities located at 7700 and 7703 Cannon St. David Boyd, of Boyd Commercial, represented Dupuy while Kelly Landwermeyer, of Holt Lunsford, represented CenterPoint in the transaction.

SUGAR LAND, TX—National mortgage lender, New American Funding, is expanding its territory into central Texas with the launch of a new branch. This is the first location in the Greater Houston region. The branch will be a full-service home loan provider located at 1650 Highway 6, Suite 325. This retail location is designed to meet the residential mortgage needs of local consumers and real estate agents by offering a complete spectrum of purchase and refinance options.

SUPERIOR, CO—Pacific Medical Buildings and Sawtooth Development Group LLC have broken ground on a four-story, 60,000-square-foot medical office building in downtown. The new development, Superior Medical Center, includes a four-story 229-space parking structure that connects to the medical office building by a pedestrian bridge. The Superior Medical Center will be built at a cost of $18.5 million and is projected to be completed by early 2018. Littleton-based Intergroup Architects is the architect for the project and Denver-based DSP Builders Inc. will serve as the general contractor.
