HOUSTON—Lee & Associates Houston announced the promotion of Robert LaCoure from director to principal of its office division. LaCoure joined the Houston office of Lee & Associates in 2015 and specializes in project leasing, tenant representation and corporate real estate.

AUSTIN, TX—Austin based developer, Burlington Ventures announces the grand opening of its exclusive rental residential community, The Richardson at Tarrytown, on May 25. This rental community is the only one of its kind in Central Austin and is designed by the Austin-based architectural firm Dick Clark + Associates. The Richardson is located at 3215 Exposition Blvd. in the heart of Tarrytown offering 27 exclusive, single-level one-, two- and three-bedroom rental residences from 1,209 to 2,957 square feet.
DALLAS—CBRE announces Ascension's newest location at Thanksgiving Tower in downtown is now open. This is the third Dallas location for the popular coffee shop, cafe and wine bar.
FARMERS BRANCH, TX—85C Bakery & Cafe purchased a 68,092-square-foot building at 14335 Gillis. Joshua Barnes of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented seller, and John Nguyen and Heather Nguyen of Newquest represented the buyer.
FORT WORTH—In the Sack has leased 6,600 square feet of retail space in the Sanger Building, 415 Throckmorton St. from Sundance Plaza Properties LLC. Judy Nitzinger of Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors DFW represented the tenant. Robert Gamblin of Sundance Square represented the landlord.
