BETHESDA, MD–Jamie Butler has left CBRE to join Walker & Dunlop as managing director in its Capital Markets group. He will be tasked with sourcing equity and debt for development projects and stabilized assets with a focus in the Mid-Atlantic region.
“We see a large opportunity for continued growth in the Mid-Atlantic, and Jamie's strong client and investor relationships will help us expand our presence in the region,” says SVP Brian Casey.
Butler was senior vice president at CBRE in the firm's capital markets group, where he arranged equity, mezzanine debt, and senior debt. He joined the company in 2013 as a vice president, with his partner David Webb, who joined CBRE as vice chairman.
Prior to CBRE Webb and Butler were with Cassidy Turley (now Cushman & Wakefield).
