AUSTIN, TX—JT Morris Law and MZF Lawn leased 1,291 rentable square feet at 610 Brazos. The landlord was represented by Steve Pannes and Jason Steinberg with ECR.

BROOKSHIRE, TX—NAI Partners represented KSSM Industries LLC in leasing a 10,000-square-foot industrial warehouse/office facility located at 34153 Sunset Lane. Chris Caudill of NAI Partners represented the tenant, KSSM Industries LLC during lease negotiations, while Preston Yaggi and Pat Wolford of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Clover RE LLC.

Skyler Cooper, senior associate, and Lisa Hankamer, senior associate, in Marcus & Millichap's Houston office, Chris Gomes, senior vice president investments, in Marcus & Millichap's Dallas office, and Allan Miller, senior vice president in Marcus & Millichap's San Antonio office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a partnership, was secured and represented by Allan Miller, Chris Gomes, Lisa Hankamer, Skyler Cooper and Allan Miller in Marcus & Millichap's Houston, Dallas and San Antonio offices. Dimitri Jordan, associate, in Marcus & Millichap's The Woodlands office, Derek Hargrove, first vice president investments, Justin Miller, first vice president investments, and Davis Hansen, associate, in Marcus & Millichap's Houston office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a Houston-based private investor. Palm Springs Plaza is located at 12921-12925 FM 1960 Rd.

SAN ANTONIO—Parc 410, a 344-unit apartment community, has sold. Will Balthrope, Marcus & Millichap IPA executive director, and Jordan Featherston, IPA associate, represented the seller and procured the buyer. Built in 1980, Parc 410 is located on 10 acres with highway frontage on Loop 410, one of San Antonio's most heavily traveled thoroughfares.

SAN ANTONIO—NAI Partners represented Gajeske in the acquisition of a 16,860-square-foot distribution and fabrication facility located at 5400 W US Highway 90.
