AUSTIN, TX—JLL's Capital Markets secured $4.6 million in refinancing for a pair of fully occupied boutique neighborhood retail centers in suburban Austin. Managing director Jimmy Board and associate Jarrod McCabe led JLL's team on the financing on behalf of Durhman & Bassett. Bank of America provided the 10-year fixed-rate loan at an interest rate of 4.35%. The retail centers, Elgin Village and Cedar Breaks Centre are located in the fast-growing Austin suburbs of Elgin and Georgetown, respectively, and are adjacent to newly constructed HEB grocers, enhancing the retail draw of the respective locations.
CARROLLTON, TX—Tamtanium LLC leased 15,283 square feet at Midway Business Center building two, 3361 Boyington Dr. Mackenzie Ford with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, DRA Advisors. Corbin Stall with Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant.
CONROE, TX—NAI Partners recently represented Starfield2016 LLC in a 1,400-square-foot retail lease for Tony's Seafood at the Starfield Center at 17099 Walden Rd. Shaffer Braun and Jason Gaines of NAI Partners represented Starfield2016 LLC during the negotiations.
CONROE, TX—NAI Partners recently represented The Catch seafood restaurant in leasing 2,250 square feet of retail space at 2121 West Davis St. This is The Catch's second Houston-area location, and will be one of three area locations to open in 2017, as the concept continues to expand. Jason Gaines of NAI Partners represented the tenant, The Catch Seafood, during the lease negotiations, while Chris Bergmann of Jones Lang LaSalle represent the landlord, WRJ Financial LTD.
DALLAS—Mohr Partners Inc. announced the lease space renewal and extension of the downtown Dallas office of law firm Krage & Janvey LLP at 2100 Ross Ave. This is the second lease renewal and new lease for the firm's nearly 14,000-square-foot office on the 26th floor, which will take the firm through October 2027. Matt Burton, managing director with MPI, has represented Krage & Janvey LLP since August 2000. MPI also worked with Sam Meginnis, John Altschuler and Mike Dement from Altschuler and Company, who represented the property-ownership.
DALLAS—Crow Family Foundation leased 8,219 square feet at Trammell Crow Center, 2001 Ross Ave. Ramsey March, Sara Terry and Scott Sowanick with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, JP Morgan.

HUMBLE, TX—STRIVE recently announced the sale of a freestanding corporate Taco Cabana. The 3,583-square-foot property is an outparcel to a Super Target retail center. Kyle Rozell and Anthony Pucciarello of STRIVE had the exclusive right to list the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor from California. The buyer was also procured by STRIVE. Additional terms of the sale were not released.
