DENVER—JCR Capital announced the hire of Mark Fallon as director of business development. The strategic addition will help JCR Capital build upon its rapid growth for the past seven years, during which the firm increased its assets under management from $30 million to more than $700 million.
IRVING, TX—Sundt Construction Inc. opened its new Irving office this month. Located adjacent to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, the office houses employee-owners from the contractor's transportation team.
PLANO, TX—Aligned Energy named data center veteran Andrew Schaap as CEO. Jakob Carnemark, founder, CTO and current CEO of Aligned Energy, will continue to focus on expanding the company's portfolio of innovative technology solutions and strategic global opportunities.

ADDISON, TX—HQ Global Workplaces LLC extended its 26,356-square-foot lease at The Colonnade III, 15305 N. Dallas Pky. J.J. Leonard and Ryan Evanich with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Fortis Property Group. Baron Aldrine and Mike Cleary with CBRE represented the tenant.
AUBREY, TX—Younger Partners' Ben McCutchin and Michael Ytem negotiated the sale of 8.66 acres at the northwest corner of Fishtrap Road and FM 424. A local investment group purchased the land from an undisclosed seller with plans to hold it for investment.
AUSTIN, TX—Scott Dalrymple of TA Associates Realty purchased the pieces of commercial land located at 3815 S. Capital of Texas Hwy. The financing institution on this $170 million deal was Capital One NA, according to Enriched Data.
BURLESON, TX—Dolce Living Burleson, a 240-unit luxury multifamily community, has sold. IPA's Will Balthrope, Drew Kile and Joey Tumminello represented the seller and procured the buyer.
CEDAR HILL, TX—JLL's Capital Markets secured financing for S2 Capital to purchase and rehabilitate High Pointe Village. TBK Bank SSB provided the loan for the 268-unit garden-style apartment community. Managing director Mark Brandenburg led the JLL team on the financing.
COPPELL, TX—Matthew Smith, vice president of ML Realty Partners, announces that the firm has signed two leases just north of Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. Both leases are located within the firm's eight-building Park West Crossing.
DALLAS—Cooper's Meat Market, a custom cut meat shop that has been a favorite in San Antonio for more than 20 years, has signed a lease to open its first Dallas location at Sylvan | Thirty.
DALLAS—CBRE Capital Markets' Institutional Properties announces the sale of Parkway Office Center, a class-A office park located along the Dallas North Tollway in Far North Dallas. Apex Pacific Partners purchased the asset from KBS Realty for an undisclosed price. Gary Carr, John Alvarado, Eric Mackey and Robert Hill with CBRE in Dallas arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller. Greg Greene, Scott Lewis, Matt Ballard, Frank Piasta and Carter Dunlap of CBRE's Dallas office arranged the 10-year, fixed-rate loan through one of its life company lending relationships.
DALLAS—Ryan Street Developers LLC acquired a 218,409-square-foot building at 10848 Luna Rd. to Ryan Street Developers LLC. Ryan Boozer with Stream Realty Partners represented Ryan Street Developers LLC. Avison Young represented the seller.
DALLAS—Consolidated Container Company LP expanded into 110,839 square feet at Redbird Distribution Center, 4525 Joseph Hardin Dr. Hanes Chatham and Blake Kendrick with Stream Realty Partners negotiated the transaction.
DALLAS—Motor Controls Inc. extended its lease of 99,287 square feet at 2803-2831 Dairy Milk Lane. Blake Kendrick, Ryan Boozer and Mackenzie Ford with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, GLP. NAI Robert Lynn represented the tenant.
FLOWER MOUND, TX—HAAG Engineering Co. leased 31,508 square feet at Lakeside Trade II, 1410 Lakeside Parkway. Blake Kendrick and Mackenzie Ford with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, SCG Lakeside Commerce Center LP. Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.
FORNEY, TX—STRIVE recently announced the sale of Chase Bank, a 3,996-square foot property. The Chase Bank is situated along Highway 80 and is adjacent to the Hunt retail development; home of a new Kroger Supermarket and other national retailers. Adam Gottschalk of STRIVE exclusively represented the seller in the transaction, an out-of-state LLC. Additional terms of the sale were not released.
FORT WORTH—TD Industries Inc. leased 22,127 square feet at Parc North-Building 2, 2601 Northern Cross Blvd. Seth Koschak and Forrest Cook with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, EastGroup Properties. Holt Lunsford represented the tenant.
