His hire is part of the company's push to expand its Mid-Atlantic footprint, particularly in the office and industrial sector.
Heilig follows M&M's Institutional Property Advisors Capital Markets hire of Erik Binkowski, who joined the firm about a month ago as a senior director in the Washington, DC office.
