DENTON, TX—Rayzor Ranch Town Center continues with its multistage infrastructure development. Most immediately, Embassy Suites by Hilton Denton Convention Center is set to open this fall at Rayzor Ranch. The all-suite hotel offers 318 suites, an indoor pool, fitness center, complimentary shuttle service, a Houlihan's restaurant and bar. The hotel is connected to a 70,000-square-foot convention center offering indoor and outdoor space for a range of events.
On the heels of four new tenant openings in 2017 and ahead of the highly anticipated grand opening of the Embassy Suites, several new tenants are set to open at Rayzor Ranch as well as a 292-unit luxury apartment community that will commence construction early next year, according to RED Development.
Phase one infrastructure of the Town Center was completed in 2016, which allowed the first tenants to open. Phase two will be completed in 2017 in connection with the hotel and convention center opening as well as the delivery of sites for the apartments and various tenants. Phase three will commence in 2017 to allow delivery of tenant openings in 2018.
RED sold an 11-acre parcel at Rayzor Ranch to Kansas City-based EPC Real Estate Group that will be the future site of The Village at Rayzor Ranch. This new apartment community will include luxury apartments with studio, one- and two-bedroom homes. Amenities include a resort-style pool with cabanas and outdoor grills, a 24-hour fitness and yoga center, fire pits and a dog park. Construction will begin in early 2018.

The 40,000-square-foot furniture store Rooms To Go is opening spring 2018.
Andy B's Entertainment & Bowling Center, a 41,000-square-foot entertainment venue, will offer bowling, an arcade, laser tag, a bar and restaurant. Construction will begin early next year with a fall 2018 opening date.
Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen's 7,500-square-foot restaurant will begin construction this year with completion in late summer 2018.
With headquarters in Plano, TX, the popular restaurant chain, Zoës Kitchen, begins construction later this year with an opening scheduled in summer 2018.
Massage Envy's construction will begin later this year with the opening slated for summer 2018.
The 2,560-square-foot Brain Balance is opening in October 2017.
