Modera Avenir PlaceVIENNA, VA–A joint venture between Mill Creek Residential Trust and institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management have secured a $156.2 million floating-rate loan with MetLife Investment Management to retire construction debt.
The property is Modera Avenir Place, a residential community here.
