PHILADELPHIA—Local developer Post Brothers has taken a 35,000 square foot space in the city's Northern Liberties neighborhood to create a pop-up mixed-use park. What's different about these pop ups is that they housed in recycled shipping containers. Many of the brightly painted pods, which were produced by Britten, Inc., have air-conditioning, upper deck systems, glass windows and doors, LED light fixtures, powered retractable awnings, insulation, HVAC, oak flooring and stereo systems.
