Local Orange County investor Patrick Cadigan has acquired a five-story, 264-unit apartment building in Santa Ana's East First Street Corridor. The deal is among the biggest apartment transactions in Orange County this year.
The property was built in 2016, and features a clean layout with quality finishes. The property also features two commercial units.
NorthMarq's Southern California investment sales team of Shane Shafer, SVP and managing director and Kyle Pinkalla, managing director, brokered the sale.
