Eleven Fifty Wilshire
PacTen Partners has secured $24 million in joint equity financing to develop Eleven Fifty Wilshire, a 13-story 140-unit class-A residential condominium in Downtown Los Angeles. As overseas capital source with a presence in Los Angeles provided the funding.
Eleven Fifty Wilshire is located in City Center West. Construction will begin later this year, and the project is scheduled for delivery in the second quarter 2022.
The JLL Capital Markets team of Zane Sweet, Reid McGlamery and Chris Casey represented PacTen Partners in the deal.
