Birge & Held has acquired the 300-unit Ventana apartments in Denver for $54 million from Cypress Equities.
Located at 5095 East Donald Avenue, the property totals 230,000 rentable square feet with 11 buildings. The unit mix includes studios to three-bedroom apartments with an average size of 769 square feet. On site amenities include a fitness center, clubroom, dog park, indoor swimming pool and basketball court.
