Greystar has acquired the Griffis at Lowry in Denver for $45.8 million from Griffis Residential of Denver. The property has 150 apartment units.

Located at 9649 East 5th Avenue, the community was originally planned as a condominium development, and as a result, amenities like large average unit sizes, full-size in-unit washers and dryers, 9 foot-plus ceiling heights and attached garages in select floorplans.

CBRE's David Potarf, Dan Woodward, Matt Barnett and Jake Young represented the seller in the deal.
