Opportunity Zone Investor of the Year

NEWPORT BEACH, CA – For GlobeSt.com's ADAPT awards, we reviewed individuals and companies that have made a significant impact on the adaptive reuse / Opportunity Zone sector with their various efforts. We are pleased to announce that RevOZ Capital and its founder, Alex Bhathal, stood out as the top Opportunity Zone investor of the year. We will be honoring the winner at our awards ceremony in Baltimore on September 16^th. Launched by RAJ Capital, which was founded by Alexander S. Bhathal, RevOZ Capital has pursued a unique investment strategy that helps to benefit the community with a portfolio consisting of Opportunity Zone investments requiring substantial undertakings in low-income areas throughout the US. As part of this strategy, there must be a substantial investment into the community that generally results in new jobs and increased and refurbished housing. RevOZ Capital has been required to be nimble and fast, adapting to the new regulatory changes. As part of this, the company has had to change its approach to meet its end goal—providing a healthy return for its investors while still engaging in meaningful impact investing in low income areas throughout the US.
