Orchard Medical Center has broken ground. Located at 25425 Orchard Village Road in Valencia, his two-story 41,244 square-foot property will be divisible into approximately 5,000 square-foot suites for sale or lease.
The site is situated less than a half mile from the Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital. The 2.76-acre site will also include five cars per 1,000 square feet of parking. It will be completed in March 2020.
CBRE's Craig Peters and Sam Glendon are the leasing and sales agents for the project.
