Trammell Crow Co. and Washington Capital Management have broken ground on a speculative industrial project in Las Vegas. Known as the Golden Triangle, the property sits on 127 acres and will total 2.7 million square feet.
Currently under construction, the first phase of the project includes approximately one million square feet of industrial space. The first phase of construction is expected to be completed in September 2020.
CBRE Las Vegas' Kevin Higgins and Donna Alderson are the leasing agents for the property.
