Focus Real Estate has sold San Diego industrial park, Copperwood Center. CB Copperwood purchased the property for $20.05 million.
Copperwood Center is a 140,945-square-foot industrial park in Oceanside. It is 97% leased to 64 tenants at the time of sale across suites ranging from 886 to 7,397 square feet. Copperwood Center features visible signage for each unit and has more than 350 parking spaces.
Matt Pourcho, Anthony DeLorenzo, Gary Stache and Doug Mack of CBRE represented the seller, Newport Beach-based commercial real estate firm Focus Real Estate in the transaction.
