Park Management has acquired Hilltop Mobile Home Park for $8.6 million from The Maichen Group.
The property is located at 155 West Jason Street, Encinitas, CA. It is a 22-space mobile home park property located on a 1.14-acre parcel in North San Diego County.
Ciara Trujillo of Colliers International's San Diego Land Team represented the seller in the deal, while Abe Peay of South Coast Commercial Inc. represented the buyer.
