Despite the uncertainty within the market, Class C properties are being touted as the best-positioned property for an economic slowdown. Panelists during this morning session took a closer look.
The Property Owner and Landlord Outlook panel discussed the eviction moratorium and its serious impact on many property owners.
More than 600 were in attendance for the two-day event.
During a special presentation with Cushman & Wakefield's Marc Renard, panelists noted that Covid reminded investors that predicting the future is nearly impossible so understanding the present is key to making informed decisions.
