US vacant sublease space has been one of the markers of the effects of the pandemic. After peaking in the second quarter, there have been clear signs of its decline. According to Cushman & Wakefield Research, US vacant sublease space fell 1.5% quarter over quarter, from 132.4 million square feet to 130.4 million square feet.
