Tidal Real Estate Partners has started construction on its hospitality and residential project in Nashville.
This comes after landing $400 million in financing to support the development, known as Nashville EDITION Hotel & Residences.
Located in the Gulch neighborhood, the hotel portion of the project will feature 261 rooms and occupy the bottom floors of the 28-story tower. The hotel will include amenities such as a restaurant with a bar, a lobby lounge, event space, meeting rooms, a 50-foot pool and a pool deck with bar and restaurant service.
The residential portion will span the top 15 floors of the building, consisting of 84 private condos. The sizes will range from one to four bedroom units, with two half-floor penthouses. Amenities for the residents include a gym, an outdoor terrace, lounges, a sports simulator, valet parking, a private dining room and a game and screening room.
The Gulch neighborhood is known for its arts and culture, high-end boutique retail and nightlife, according to Tidal. The location at 1110 Porter Street provides connectivity to the Music Row, Downtown Nashville and Nashville Yards.
